How does KrakBox work?

KrakBox is a bimonthly subscription box. Every two months, you will receive an awesome selection of skateboarding culture, gear and apparel, right to your doorstep.
You have the option to subscribe box per box, once for 3 boxes (save $2 per box) or once for 6 boxes (save $4 per box).

What’s in my KrakBox?

Hand-picked, awesome skateboarding products. These are all actual products. From gear to apparel, from collectable magazines to limited-edition collabs, discover every two months a bunch of surprises curated by our team of skateboarders around the world. You may even get to try new products before they are officially launched! Last but not least, you’ll be reading exclusive interviews of brands' founders, riders and artists in your bimonthly Krak Mag.

When are KrakBoxes sent out?

KrakBoxes are shipped once every two months, on the 27th. August, October, December, February, April & June. On months with a special occasion (Xmas), your KrakBox is shipped early enough so you can get it right on time! Each time, as soon as your KrakBox is shipped, you will be emailed your tracking number.
However, if you have purchased any of the previous KrakBoxes with your subscription, we offer same-day shipping for these previous mixes (if your order is placed before noon PST)!

Where are you shipping to?

We are currently shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, France, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. If you didn't land on the appropriate website, just use the flag dropdown on the top right corner of our website to nagivate between these continents :)

How does billing work?

You're billed immediately when you sign up. That pays for your first KrakBox. All subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal and are re-billed on the 5th. We will not charge you twice until you receive your first KrakBox! For pre-paid subscription packages (3-box, 6-box), we charge your card for the full amount at the time of purchase. After that, we will charge your credit card on the 5th of the month after the last KrakBox of the pre-paid subscription has shipped. Your credit card will again be charged the full amount for the same pre-paid subscription package you chose.

If you decide to purchase a gift, you will be asked at checkout if you want this subscription to renew after the last box has shipped. Untick the box if you want a single purchase. :)

Important note for our Canadian Krakens! Please note that international custom duties & taxes may apply at the border, and are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Although we’re sorry to see you go, you can cancel your subscription via your account at any time. You will be sent any remaining KrakBoxes per your most recent renewal but will not be charged again moving forward.

I can’t pay for the next KrakBox but don’t want to quit forever!

No problem! There is an easy option you can activate directly from your account 'skip next renewal'. That way you won’t be charged (and won’t receive) the next KrakBox, but will be back on track after this one.

How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account, then click on your name on the top bar menu to reach 'my account'. From here, you’re able to edit your account settings, shipping address and credit card information.

How do I update my skateboarding profile?

Fill in this mini-survey with your updated information (shoe size, trucks size,...). Our team will make sure to update your profile right away!

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of your products are defective or have been damaged during shipping, please let us know at box@skatekrak.com with an attached photo within 5 days of receiving your KrakBox to be eligible for a replacement. A product is considered replaceable based on the situation and can vary on a case by case basis.
